Verses 72-73Verses 69-71

If Moses is referred to here from among all the prophets, it is because he was subjected to charges most similarly to our prophet Mohammad (SA).

According to some narrations Moses and Aaron went on top of a mountain for a prayer, and Aaron died there. Then the Israelites accused Moses to have killed his brother!

KORAH who had amassed a vast wealth, assigned a prostitute, to accuse Moses of Adultery; but in the most proper time the woman, revealed the truth and confessed that Moses was innocent, and that was a secret plot of KORAH against Moses.

Some of his enemies and Pharaoh's courtiers, accused him of being a sorcerer and being mad, as they said so about our prophet too.

Some of the ignorant Israelites charged him of being sick of leprosy, because in bathing he would never show his body nude, and devoid of covering.

They asked him to show God to them phisically, and they said that they were fatigued of serving the same food of Manna and Quails, and every now and then hurt him, by bringing flimsy excuses, and bringing various charges and scandals against him.

And so did Arabs with our Innocent Prophet, and brought various charges and scandals against him; such as saying:- ``He is mad-he is a poet-he is a sorcerer, and attacked him for violating the Taboos of Pagan Era and taking Zainab for a wife.''

Then Allah enjoins the believers to avoid evil deeds, and to beware of Allah, and to speak with expressive words.

The Arabic, ``SADID'' translated to, ``EXPRESSIVE'' means:- Firm, Strong and enduring, Congruous and in harmony with truth and reality.

They are wanted to utter words so expressive, as to stand firm against any falsehood; as a dam stands firm across a watercourse. When a believer speaks, he must drive to that which is right, true, real, and frank. He must be such in deeds, as well as in words, and through that, Allah will put his deeds aright, and amend his conducts.
