Issue No.1097- If a man has an obligation to perform Precautionary Prayers, qadha of a Sajdah, or qadha of Tashahhud, or two sajdah sahv, he should first offer Precautionary Prayers, then give the qadha of Sajdah or Tashahhud and then sajdatus sahv.
Issue No.1098- There is no difference between the rules of doubt, forgetting, and probability or strong feeling, regardless of its occurring in the daily obligatory prayers or other obligatory prayers. For example, if one doubts in prayers of Ayaat, whether he has performed 1 Rak’at or 2, his prayers will be void, because it is a doubt which has occurred in a prayers consisting of 2 Rak’ats. Also, the rules of doubt, mistake, and strong feeling will apply to other prayers in the same way as they apply to the daily prayers.
Issue No.1101- If a person says a number of words unwillingly during the prayer, provided that it is counted as speaking once while not disturbing the form of prayer, performing sajdah al-sahw once [1] will be sufficient for all.
Issue No.1103- If a person does not perform sajdah al-sahw after the salām of prayer intentionally, he has sinned, and it is obligatory upon him to perform it as early as possible. The prayer, however, will not be void.
Issue No.1104- If a person doubts whether he has done an act which causes sajdah al-sahw or not, it is not necessary for him to perform it. However, if he doubts whether it is obligatory to perform sajdah al-sahw once or twice, it will be sufficient if he performs only once.
Issue No.1108- With respect to the qaḍā of the Forgotten sajdah and tashahhud, all the conditions of prayer, such as ṭahārah, qiblah, and all other conditions are required, and one should perform the qaḍā immediately after the prayer. Also, when performing the qaḍā of tashahhud, one should perform the salām afterwards.
Issue No.1109- If a person forgets one sajdah and the tashahhud, the obligatory precaution is to first offer the qaḍā of the one he forgot first. If he does not know which one he forgot first, he should, as an obligatory precaution, perform one sajdah, and then a tashahhud, and then perform another sajdah to make sure that he has performed the qaḍā of the sajdah and tashahhud in the order they were missed.
Issue No.1110- If a person performs an act after prayer that disturbs the form of prayer or invalidates the prayer (like turning his back towards the qiblah), he should perform the qaḍā of the sajdah and tashahhud and, as an obligatory precaution, repeat the prayer. If he has done an act that makes sajdah al-sahw obligatory upon him, he should, as an obligatory precaution, perform sajdah al-sahw after performing the qaḍā of sajdah or tashahhud.
Issue No.1111- If one doubts whether or not he has forgotten a sajdah or tashahhud, it is not obligatory to perform its qaḍā, but if he knows that he has forgotten one of them but he does not know which one, he should offer qaḍā for both of them and there is no problem in offering either of them first.
Issue No.1112- If a person has to offer qaḍā of a sajdah or a tashahhud as well as the sajdah al-sahw, he should after prayer offer the qaḍā of sajdah or tashahhud first, and then perform the sajdah al-sahw.
Issue No.1113- If one doubts whether or not he has offered the qaḍā of the forgotten sajdah or tashahhud that was an obligation upon him after prayer, he should perform the qaḍā of the sajdah or tashahhud if the prayer time has not lapsed, and if the time has lapsed, he should, as an obligatory precaution, offer its qaḍā and his prayer will be correct.
Issue No.1114-In order to perform the qaḍā of the forgotten sajdah or tashahhud, One should make the intention after the prayer and then he should perform the qaḍā of sajdah or tashahhud without saying “Allahu Akbar” or anything else. Thereafter, he should, as an obligatory precaution, perform sajdah al-sahw.
