Issue No.241- If an animal eats najāsah other than human excrement, it does not cause its faeces and urine to become najis and its meat will not be haram either. However, if an animal feeds and grows on pig milk, its meat is rendered haram.
Issue No.243- When two just persons or even one says that something has become ṭāhir, it should be accepted. The same ruling is applied when a person who has the najis object in his possession says so, and also when one knows that a Muslim has rinsed a najis object, but does not know whether correctly or not.
Issue No.245- The certainty of the people who suffer from waswās [1] and easily become certain about najāsah or are hardly satisfied regarding ṭahārah is not valid and they can act according to the certainty of ordinary people with regard to ṭahārah and najāsah.
Issue No.248- It is necessary to avoid production of gold and silver utensils and its income as an obligatory precaution. The same goes for buying and selling them and the money received in exchange.
Issue No.249- There is no problem in what is not called a utensil, like a cup handle, the wind guard of the hookah, the sheath of a sword, etc., to be made of gold or silver. However, the obligatory precaution is to avoid using a jar of perfume, kohl bottle, etc., made of gold or silver.
Issue No.252- If there is food in a gold or silver container and one transfers it to another container with the intention of preventing haram, it is permissible but if he does not have this intention, the transfer is haram. Nonetheless, eating from the second container is permissible.
Issue No.253- Using a gold or silver utensil out of urgency is allowed, and there is no problem in using it for wuḍū and ghusl in the state of taqīyyah (dissimulation).
Issue No.254-It is permissible to use a utensil about which one doubts whether is made of gold, silver or something else and there is no need to investigate either.
Issue No.259- The face and arms should be washed in a manner that water reaches the skin, and if there are impediments, they should be removed and if it is likely that there is an impediment, one should investigate beforehand.
Issue No.261- If one doubts whether the hair is long enough for the skin to be visible or not, he must wash both the hair and skin as an obligatory precaution.
Issue No.264- The face and arms should be washed from above downwards, and if one washes the opposite way, the wuḍū will be void.
Issue No.266- In order to ensure that each elbow has been washed thoroughly, one should wash a little above the elbow.
