Adhān, Iqāmah, Sūrah and Qunūt in Precautionary Prayer

Issue No.1088- Precautionary prayer does not have adhān, iqāmah, a sūrah and qunūt, and sūrah al-fātiḥa should be whispered, and the obligatory precaution is that the 'Bismillah' should also be whispered. One should not do any invalidators of prayer between the original obligatory prayer and the Precautionary prayer.
